Coach Gil brings his attention to detail and strive for perfection in form and efficiency to every class.  His fitness background stretches over 25 years with a broad range of domains ranging from Krav Maga and Boxing, to basketball and CrossFit.  He has competed in numerous obstacle course races, triathlons and cycling endurance events and has helped many others lose body fat while increasing their energy levels.  He believes the fitness journey is just as much mental as it is physical and he loves to discuss the fundamentals of confidence building with members.

SAL

CF-L1 TRAINER


You may know Sal from TV shows such as Rachael Ray, Chopped, or ABC' Hit Show "Shark Tank" with his famous invention - The Paint Brush Cover. Sal, also a former FDNY Calendar model (July 2015), has always been a fitness fanatic. It wasn't until 2012 that he started taking fitness even more seriously, studying movements, training with coaches and teaching others what he has learned. He also has a passion for nutrition, not only for performance, but for overall health as well. Sal's newest passion is helping people achieve their fitness goals, whether it be for weight loss, or training for a competition. He says that knowing he can change someone's life for the better is the best feeling in the world.

CHRIS

CF-L1 TRAINER

Growing up on Staten Island, Chris was an athlete. As a kid, his weekends were usually filled with some kind of practice or game, primarily football, soccer, and hockey. By high school he turned his focus entirely to football, playing running back and wide receiver for the freshman, JV, and Varsity teams at Monsignor Farrell High School. After high school he focused on his studies and his career and let his fitness go. One day he looked in the mirror and decided he didn’t like what he saw. After discovering Brazilian Jiu Jitsu he lost the weight he had gained during a decade of inactivity and started taking back control of his life. But it was his discovery of CrossFit that truly brought about a transformation in his outlook on fitness, health, and athletics, and a new passion to help others improve their lives through physical fitness.

LINDA

Linda comes from a background of fitness and is certified in Personal training and Sports Performance through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has been in the fitness industry for 18 years, starting out as kickboxing instructer and then moving on to becoming a CPT.

She has been in numerous forms of fitness, such as Kickboxing, Yoga, Spin, boxing, and has participated in numerous obstacle race events. She has a passion for fitness and wants to share her passion of fitness with other's who have the aspiration to become a better, stronger version of themselves.
